Every order ships free within the United States — no minimum order value, no exclusions. We do not currently ship internationally.
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends or on holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking the moment your order ships.
Alarms and accessories ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx with a 2–6 business day delivery window depending on destination. Every order includes tracking and full insurance at no extra cost.
Alarms ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking — most orders arrive within 2–6 business days of handling. Inspect the box before signing: damage reported within 48 hours with photos is replaced free of charge.
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at support@menswatcheco.shop with photos of the damage and packaging, and we will replace or refund the order. Claims for lost packages are filed after 10 business days past the expected delivery date.
